I have dealt with many contractors.  For painting my house, I did plenty of research and had 4 bids done.  From the start of the bid, Dave was the most professional and it was not close.  He was early when he came out.  We walked the house.  He asked questions and provided many answers.  There was a lot of prep work that needed to be done in filling

in cracks, patchwork, etc.  He thoroughly explained his process and what he planned to do.  He provided the estimate at an extremely competitive price in a timely manner.  It was very detailed and I felt there would be no surprises and there was not.  He did many small things to go above and beyond in customer service.  His quality is second to none.
